Service Description: <div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div>Updated from the 2020 census data. - Analysis of census data determined tl_2020_450xx_pointslm MTFCC C3081 by county was the closest to our PLACES dataset. We used community equals our unincorporated points outside polygons (primarily LMA).(Do not think of it as ‘community’ in the most traditional use of the word.)Municipal for points inside MUNICIPAL_AREAS feature polygonUnincorporated for points not in Municipal areasCommunity equals our unincorporated points that are outside polygons (aka Limits of Map Area) used as orienting featuresCounty Seat; are easily identified (45, none Richland Co.)State Capital for one in Richland County<ul><li>We used TL_2020_450xx_pointlm data (by county) and compared against our GISTRANS.PLACES in ~20 counties and 91% of our places matched with the tl_2020_4500xx_pointlm data. </li><li>We determined the MTFCC code for the places was C3081.
