All municipal areas must be inside of a LMA.  <\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span><span>2.  Areas that are congested with shields and not legible at the County Scale (1:63,360) must be enclosed by a LMA to show roads and shields at city-scale (1:15,840).<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span><span>3<\/span><\/span><span><span>.  NEW <\/span><\/span><span><span>rule - Ensure all Urban Areas are enclosed by a LMA.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p style='font-weight:bold;'><span><span>NOTES:  <\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><p><span><span>Many LMA increased in size due to Urban Area coverage.  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span>Reduce number of City maps by ~57 maps by including these areas in other LMAs (city or metro). <\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span><span>Added 5 LMA for congested areas:  Coopers-Indiantown area, Evergreen area, Dorchester area, and Oak Grove area, and Monroe Crossroads area.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span>Five new Metro Areas will be necessary at 1:15,840 scale:  Georgetown (3), Walterboro (2), and Hartsville (4), Clinton \u2013 Laurens (4), Camden-Lugoff (5 or add to Columbia Metro)?
